Finca Las Palmas is located in the hilly region of Acevedo, Huila – an area internationally recognized for its high-quality coffees. The Pink Bourbon variety is grown here at an altitude of 1,750 meters and processed using a natural, anaerobic fermentation method . The coffee cherries are fermented whole in a low-oxygen environment, resulting in a complex and distinct flavor profile.
